关于开展“助学·筑梦·铸人”主题征文活动的通知

各学院：

党**、国务院高度重视家庭经济困难学生资助工作，近年来，国家不断加大资助力度，增加财政投入，扩大资助范围，提高资助标准，建立起覆盖学前教育到高等教育各学段的家庭经济困难学生资助政策体系，从制度上保证了“不让一名学生因家庭经济困难而失学”，极大地促进了教育公平。

为大力宣传国家学生资助政策，全面展现家庭经济困难学生资助工作取得的巨大成就，加强对学生的励志感恩教育，也展现新一代大学生的青春奋斗风采，根据河南省学生资助管理中心《关于**《关于在全国高校开展“助学·筑梦·铸人”主题征文活动的通知》的通知》（豫教资[2013]52号）文件精神，我校将组织开展“助学·筑梦·铸人”主题征文活动，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、征文活动主要内容

（一）本次征文活动的口号是：“中国梦·谁的青春不奋斗”。

（二）征文主题是：“助学·筑梦·铸人”。

（3） 起止时间：2013年10月21日至11月15日。

（四）征文要求：

1. 征文活动主要面向全校国家助学政策受助学生（含在校生及毕业生，以下简称“受助生”），撰写自己的青春奋斗故事；同时，欢迎从事资助工作的学生同学和教师，结合自己的生活、学习和工作经验，撰写相应的文章。

2. 题目不限，体裁为记叙文，一般每篇集中讲述一位受助生的故事。无论作者或他人是文章的核心人物，内容都要真实，感情要真诚，人物的个性和独特经历要突出，正能量要传递。

提倡短小精悍，文风平实，字数不超过。

3.作为征文的核心特征，学生必须努力学习，过上俭朴的生活，积极参加各种有益的活动，树立良好的形象。学生贷款毕业后，必须能按时还贷，工作表现突出。

4征集文章必须保证从未在其他出版物上发表过；严禁抄袭，一经发现，即取消参评资格。

5. 本次活动组委会对所有获奖作品拥有使用权。

二、征文活动组织流程

1. 学院组织填写报名表（登陆资助服务科公共邮箱**报名表，用户名密码：zzk7000），学院可以有重点地组织一些学生和老师参加投稿。

2学院组织人员对稿件进行初选，选出精品作品推荐学校评审。

3. 11月15日下午17:00前，以学院为单位将推荐参加学校评比的报名表和文章的电子版发至邮箱150********不需报送纸质材料。

4个学院推荐作品数量不得低于本年度获得国家励志奖学金和国家助学金总人数的8%。

三、征文表彰

（一）学校表彰。学校学生资助管理中心将组织评审委员会对学院推荐文章进行评比，于11月28日前按照稿件质量表彰一等奖30个，二等奖50个，三等奖100个。同时，我们也对有效组织征文活动、推荐作品数量多、质量高的院校予以表彰。

（二）上级表彰。学校将评选出的优秀文章推荐给全国征文活动的组织者。全国设置特别奖1名，青春励志奖50名，杰出奖20名，优秀奖100名，优秀组织奖50名。

1名特别奖获得者将受邀参与“彩虹桥”中外学生文化交流项目，于2014年暑期出国学习和交流；50名青年励志奖获得者将获得中国银行的实习机会。实习结束后，由分公司总裁撰写实习评估报告；优秀奖、优秀奖除收取稿费外，还将获得教育部全国学生资助管理中心、中国银行、中国青年报联合颁发的证书；组织奖的50名获奖者将获得由教育部全国学生资助管理中心、中国银行和中国青年报联合颁发的证书。活动将邀请部分获奖代表前往北京参加颁奖大会，优秀文章将刊登在中国青年报和中青****上，并由中青报官微、中青报大v等联合推广。

今年7月1日是中国共产党成立90周年。中国共产党走过的90年，是不平凡的90年，是开拓进取的90年，是辉煌的90年。为隆重纪念中国共产党建党90周年，展示全区各行各业中发挥先锋模范带头作用的共产党员形象，进一步弘扬劳模精神和工人阶级的伟大品格，影响和带领广大职工以开拓创新、与时俱进的思想观念，积极进取、昂扬向上的精神面貌投入到各项工作中去，城关区总工会决定举办“我身边的共产党员”---全区职工纪念建党90周年有奖征文活动，通知如下：

一、活动主题

以党的十七大和十七届五中全会精神为指针，以热爱中国共产党、热爱社会主义、爱岗敬业、无私奉献的优秀共产党员先进典型为对象，抒发广大职工对中国共产党的热爱之情，讴歌在深入贯彻落实党的十七届五中全会精神，为实现我区经济建设率先发展、科学发展、跨越发展建功立业的共产党员先进事迹。用身边共产党员的模范行动感动职工、启迪职工、鼓舞职工，不断提高政治觉悟，坚定理想信念，牢固树立艰苦奋斗、勇于奉献的价值取向，增强开拓创新、自强不息的进取精神，进一步营造学习劳模、争当劳模的良好社会环境，营造弘扬劳模精神和工人阶级伟大品格的时代新风，引导职工以优秀共产党员为榜样，勤奋学习，锐意进取，为实现“十二五”宏伟目标贡献力量。

二、征文内容

运用通讯、白描、人物特写等形式，、发展、弘扬的典型事例，充分展示广大共产党员践行“****”重要思想和贯彻落实科学发展观，自觉学习实践社会主义核心价值体系，坚定理想信念，继承发扬艰苦创业、拼搏奉献的光荣传统，为推动科学发展、促进社会和谐而建功立业的精神风貌。

三、征文时间

自本通知发布之日起至2011年5月1日止。

四、征文评选和奖励办法

征文结束后，区总工会将组织人员对各单位推荐的征文进行评比，将评选出一等奖2名，二等奖4名，三等奖6名，优秀奖若干名，进行表彰奖励。并将优秀作品推荐参加市总工会举办的征文比赛，《兰州工运》杂志将从2011年第三期开始开辟专栏陆续刊登优秀稿件。

五、征文要求

倡导积极健康、活泼向上的文风，抒发对新业绩、新风尚、新气息、新人新事的赞美之情，稿件中人物要鲜活生动，事迹要真是感人，努力以真实的事件、生动的文笔把身边共产党员在平凡工作、生活中最难忘、最感人、最有意义的事写出来，真实反映自己的切身感受和深刻感悟，文字朴实、生动、自然，感情真挚。征文突出强调真人真事、职工自己写，写职工所在单位自己身边的共产党员。标题是自己编的。一般来说，叙事风格是必需的。可以选择一个或多个主要方面来写这篇文章。每份稿件字数不得超过。

各基层工会接到本通知后，务必高度重视，积极宣传，广泛组织职工参与，特别鼓励非公企业的广大职工和农民工积极参与。

六、参与方式

一、活动目的

为深入贯彻落实《沈阳工业大学2013年党政工作要点》和《沈阳工业大学2013年共青团工作要点》，进一步弘扬社会主旋律，对大学生进行爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义教育，引导大学生为实现国家富强、民族复兴、人民幸福的伟大“中国梦”而发奋学习、不懈奋斗，为建设幸福工大和谐工大贡献力量。

沈阳工业大学全日制本科和研究生。

五、投稿要求

1、稿件必须紧扣“中国梦，工大情”主题进行写作，围绕近代以来中国人民坎坷追梦历程的深刻启示，围绕新中国建立以来特别是改革开放30年以来的辉煌成就，讲述大学生亲历亲见的“中国梦”，用文章记录和表达爱国之心、强国之愿、报国之志，强化对自身责任和使命的认识，树立以实干兴邦精神奋力实现中华民族伟大复兴的光荣梦想。

一、征文主题
