Think about how our life would be if we stand in her shoe. 我们这学期的教学目的是，1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们英语学习的积极态度，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心。2、培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调并初步打下良好的书写基础。3、培养良好的学习习惯。

本学期的具体要求是：学习1——12单元，每一个单元分为A、B、C、D、E、F五个部分，其中A、B、C三部分要求听得懂，会读，会背、会说；D、E、F部分不做要求，主要目的是听录音跟读跟唱，培养语感和学习兴趣。

我平时在教学中比较注意以下几点：

1、学习兴趣的`培养，在课堂上进行多种多样的游戏活动；组织学生分角色表演课文中的故事。

2、学习习惯的养成。主要是认真听的习惯，不光要听老师讲，也要听同学的发言。在家还要养成自觉听录音的习惯。

3、积极发言。很多家长在给我的回执中提到，希望老师给孩子更多的发言机会，或者说自己的孩子比较内向，希望老师多提问。我也充分认识到这一点，如果一个三年级的孩子上课不敢开口说英语，那他在以后漫长的学习英语的日子里该怎么办？所以孩子有什么不良的情况，我都会与您及时联系。

我希望您在家里帮助我做的事情：在家为孩子创设良好的语言学习环境，我们都知道学生英语学习的效果和学习投入的时间以及接触英语的频率是有很大关系的，只依靠课堂教学时间，很难将英语学得扎实，所以我也要给您留点作业。

1、督促孩子听录音。您应该每天固定一个时间让孩子听教学录音磁带，并鼓励孩子大声跟读，最好是听一句，跟读一句，这样可以提高听读的准确性，如果您有时间的话，陪孩子一起听，一起读的效果会更好。

2、及时发现孩子的进步并给予肯定。孩子的英语学习有一个循序渐进的过程，家长一定要关注他所付出的努力和每一点微小的进步，每次都要加以肯定，给他们以继续学习的动力，当自己的孩子说英语时，先不要在意孩子发音是否正确、句子是否规范，只要他敢于开口说英语，这就是进步和成功。我举个例子，比如说，今天英语课上学习了五个单词，孩子回到家，您可能就想检查孩子学会了没有，这时就会出现三种情况：

（1）孩子五个词都会读，皆大欢喜。

（2）孩子只会读二个词，这时您不要说，“你怎么还有三个词不会读，”而要说：“你看这两个都回读了，别的词你去听听录音也一定能会读的。”

（3）孩子一个词都不会读，这并不说明孩子上课没学会，这时你可以对孩子说：“爸爸妈妈知道你上课认真听讲了，只是学过的东西要是不及时复习就忘记了，你现在听听录音，好好复习复习吧！”另外，语言学习需要一个过程，每个孩子在学习的时候接受速度的快慢也是不同的，您千万不要将自己的孩子与别人的孩子相提并论，尤其是不要当着孩子的面说：“你看人家谁谁学得多快，再看看你！”

3、当发现孩子有学习困难和障碍的时候，家长要有耐心，切忌急躁，要了解孩子问题存在的原因，帮助孩子度过难关。

Peace lays a foundation to development.

But because of the development, social problems and environmental problems have become serious global problems.

Over-population makes us ask for more resources from the limited ones.

热忱欢迎你们的到来，共同研讨交流英语课的教学，提升我市英语学科的备考教学水平。在此，我代表丰收学校全体师生员工，感谢市教科中心对我校的厚爱，给了我校一个和兄弟学校之间相互交流学习共同提高的机会，并请各位多多包涵我校由于自身条件的制约而带来的诸多服务不周的地方。

同兄弟学校备考措施比较起来，丰收学校算不上优秀，也还存在一定的差距。受市教科中心董老师的委派，要在这里谈备考经验，实有班门弄斧之嫌，因为我们也只是做了一些应该做的工作。下面就我校英语学科在过去的一年里，在备考方面的一些粗浅做法和肤浅认识向在座的各位作一下汇报。

一、细化到人，确立目标。

历年来，丰收学校招收的初中新生中，较优秀的很少，大部分学生的英语基础较差，有的甚至几乎为零，给初中教师的教学增加了不小的阻力和困难。20xx年秋，学校共招生4个班。通过2年的教学，在20xx年春的八年级英语抽考中，获得了好成绩，给了我们莫大的鼓舞，也让我们看到了希望。升入九年级后，我们仔细地分析学生的现状，制定出这一年的奋斗目标。确保30人以上优分，80人以上及格，低分控制在每班4人左右，整体位次往前推进2名。一年来，我们一直向这一目标奋进。在荆州市的两次质检中获得了在松滋市近30所初中前三分之一位次的好成绩，20xx年中考成绩揭晓后，我们认真地比照数据，也都达到了我们期初设定的目标。

二、分类落实，达成目标。

纵观丰收学校的历年中考备考，老师们都很努力，但效果却不是很理想。究其原因，主要是尾巴太重，也就是低分多。低分多了，不仅影响低分控制率，还对平均分有很大的影响，更要命的是它直接影响教师的工作热情和学生的学习积极性，进而牵扯到课堂纪律。一年来，我们不遗余力地打一场歼灭低分备考战。从以下方面着手：

1、要求学生练字，减少不必要的丢分。得低分的学生大都字迹潦草，辨认不清。根据这一实际，我们要求学生每周练字两次，每次以作业本一面的量为宜，教师全批全评，一周一小结，一月一总结。通过练字，学生的书写速度与卷面整洁度都有较大提升。

2、落实基础知识，提高基本技能。英语成绩不稳定的同学都有个通病，基本短语记不牢，句型结构易混淆。针对这一情况，我们把考纲要求的短语词汇分类汇编成两套或多套下发，一套供学生阅读识记，一套供学生检查过关。此外，我们还要求学生在备考复习中做笔记，做作业，对学生在训练检测中涉及到的短语搭配、句型结构方面的错误，不仅要重做，还要写清楚理由。通过这一形式，学生的基础逐步稳固了，成绩逐渐提高了，自信心也就慢慢上来了。

3、改革书面表达训练方式，提高应试技巧。害怕写书面表达，是大多数学生的通病。有的确实是基础差，难以动笔；有的是因为心理上原因，害怕写错。对此，我们采取：

①鼓励学生动笔写，能写对一个要点就是胜利。

②指导学生学会自己修改书面表达。每次考试后，将不同层次的学生书面表达3-4篇汇总后印发，找出里面的错误进行集中修改订正，给出分数。修改完毕后，再告知作者，并指出哪些错误是可以变通避免的，怎样做还可以多得1分等，让他们觉得自己也是行的。

③根据考纲要求的话题，我们精心组织了29篇英语书面表达范文印发给学生背诵，让他们在考试中套用仿写。

事实表明，我们的方法很凑效，考试中，书面表达题不动笔的几乎没有，最差的学生都能得3-4分，有的学生在考试中甚至优先完成书面表达题。

三、团结协作，提升目标。

到了九年级，学生基本定型，偏科现象日益显现。有的学生对于某一学科的喜好，认真度甚至取决于（他）她对这一学科教师的好感。因而学科教师获得学生的信任，对于提升本学科的质量有不可轻视的作用。由于诸多方面原因，学生每升一级，学校都要对学生重新洗牌编班。三年下来，教师基本都认识全校的大部分学生。一年里，我们不仅在备考研究中，发挥了团结协作的.精神，在鼓舞学生，消除不利于英语学科备考的消极因素方面也是精诚团结、协调合作。因为我们深知，只有班级目标达成了，学科整体目标才能达成。在平时的工作中，不仅关注本班学生，也关爱他班学生，哪怕是一句简单的鼓励，一个寻常的问候，都会滋生浓浓的暖意，激励学生努力奋进。尤其是到了备考冲刺阶段，学生思想负担重，抵触情绪大，难免会有一些意想不到的情况，正确化解师生矛盾更是事关全局，每每这时，许老师负责女生思想沟通，我负责男生理解配合。正是这种多方位，立体式的合作，学生在上英语课时，一般纪律较好，学英语的干劲和兴趣也较足，来势越来越好。真可谓，教师给学生一个机会，学生还教师一个奇迹。

下午好！

非常感谢你们能够从百忙之中参加我们的家长会。今天，为了这些可爱的孩子，我们相聚在这里，相信我们真诚的付出，定有来日孩子真心的回报。作为英语老师，我也盼望着与您携手，与您交流，共同探讨孩子成才的问题。英语学习非常重要。现在的英语成绩不仅直接影响孩子的期末考试与升学（目前，英语从三年级开始与语文、数学一样参加全区的统考），还影响着孩子将来的英语学习！

通过教学，我发现大部分孩子对英语很不重视。（包括与个别家长的交流中，发现有些家长也未重视）相当一部分的孩子英语基础打得很不牢，个别的`孩子甚至拼读、书写、背诵等学习英语的好习惯还没有很好的养成，需要从头开始。

首先，简介一下第九册教材及教学要求：

本册是供小学五年级上学期使用。全书分11个模块，包括一个复习模块。每个模块分两个单元。第一单元呈现本模块所学的语言内容，第二单元提供若干任务型练习，包括一首歌谣或小诗。这一册的重点是了解英国的公园、商店、学校和节日等。同时，比较系统的学习英语语句的重音。并有一些重点句子的学习与运用。并掌握一些重点单词。要求能听懂会说并认读每课的重点句子及重点单词。也就是布置要求抄写的内容。要求能正确的书写，能听懂会说重点内容，能认读看懂课文内容，最好能熟读和背诵课文。请家长对照要求孩子。

第二，说说孩子学习英语时普遍遇到的困难：

1、缺乏足够的语言环境：课时少（每周2节，本期开始五、六年级每周有三节），平常接触少，运用少；

2、教材难度大，内容多，要求也上了几个台阶。

3、英语是一种语言的学习，必须坚持不懈，循序渐进，一旦底子没有打好或因转学等原因以前没有学过，教材不同等，学生就会对英语失去信心，差距也就越来越大。

4、学生缺乏学习的自觉性。许多的学生不自觉的完成作业，而我们英语老师任教的班太多，三个年级，六个班，学生太多（300个左右），工作量大，而学生两级分化明显，对于众多底子薄弱的并缺乏学习自觉性的学生，无论从时间上还是精力上说，我都感觉力不从心。所以，英语相对于语文、数学要难得多。这也就是有些学生语数都好惟独英语不好的原因。

但我坚信：如果您的孩子在您的支持配合和老师的指导下能够认真地上好每堂课，并及时完成每天的学习任务，那么一定能有很大的进步。要教导您的孩子一开始就要有吃苦耐劳的精神。坚持严谨的学习作风，成绩马上就会见效。

第三，就英语学习提出以下要求：

1、我要求学生每天认真听读磁带半小时，要看书读，边听、边看、边指，边读，不仅要能听懂会说，而且一定要能认读。并要求熟读课文和背诵课文。请家长监督并签字。每周进行检查。但目前为止，仍有部分学生没有听读签字或少签。面对六个班，我根本无法做到天天找他们，惟有请家长督促，一定要坚持完成。

2、除听读作业还有布置书写的家庭作业，每节课都会布置，作业的内容就是本模块的学习重点和难点，也就是要求学生掌握的内容。每周进行检查，请家长督促孩子，每周有几节英语课，就有几次书写作业。

3、每上完一个模块，会在课堂上做练习，并就本模块的重点内容进行一个小测验，家长可随时了解其学习的情况。有关作业的完成情况以及单元测验的情况将随时通过家校通短信平台通知家长。

4、以前底子没打好，或因转学等原因以前没有学过，教材不同等的学生，家长必须想办法给他们补起来。请家庭教师、报学习班都行，千万不能让他们掉队。事实上，一对一的补习是非常有效的，同时也能快速的提高学生的学习兴趣与自信心。

It’s my dream to have the opportunity to challenge all the foreign athletes to the championship at this great occasion: 2008 Olympic Games. Now, the dream came true.

As an athlete of China, I’m here to win the gold medal of orienteering for our motherland. I’m so proud of being one of the best players in the world. But could you believe I had been a lazy girl when I was in Junior High. I’m not kidding! At that time, running was my last favorite. I really don’t know how to describe the first time I was on the track. It was horrible. When I started to run, I was simply out of breath. And while I touched the finishing line, I really didn’t know if I was still alive. It’s so funny, huh? But it’s true, I did. Well, something happened and changed the situation. We won the right of holding the Olympic Games in 2008. After that, sports became a kind of game in campus. And there are many sports clubs in school. One day someone asked me:“are you gonna try one of those?”First I felt so wired. “Try to get into sports clubs? Are you kidding?” I said. And she goes: “Why not?? It’s not hard at all, and so fascinating!” So I did tried one and I was so lucky to become one of those who did orienteering. That is a fantastic

sport! You need to run and find where to go just by using a map and a compass. It’s wasn’t popular in China at fi irst. But when we heard it might become a new event in 2008, we did practiced hard, and aimed to win the first Champion of orienteering in the world. When we practiced, there were a lot of troubles. You know, sometimes you need to go with your feet, but sometimes you need to go with your heart. In some situations, we faced the difficulties and problems.

And we need to solve that through teamwork and strong willpower. So we can run faster, go higher and be stronger. That is what we say-Olympic spirit. Now the dream came true. I’m standing here with all my body and my heart put in sports. So do the people from all over the world to HERE at the Olympic Games. It’s the Olympic Games that make us together. We are here for a big day of sport; we are here for a dream of sports. We are here for a spirit of sport that encourages us to face the difficulties of today and tomorrow.

I don't want to follow their suggestion, and I want to go my style. So I think carefully. I have been a young volunteer for five years.It's very happy and significant. Then I have a dream.I want to join the Univerity Student Volunteers Go West Programe. I think I can be a teacher in the west.I want to try my best to help them and help me. I want to see the world cearly. Now I can't reach its demand and it's very diffcult,but I will work hard in the next two years. There is an old saying"where there is a will,there is a way."I think my dream can come ture.Now in the university I mature,and in the university I prepare for the real world.
